Our Story
Foraone was born in California from a simple, powerful idea: no one should have to navigate the challenges of living abroad alone. Our founders, once international students and overseas workers themselves, intimately understood the feelings of isolation, the confusion of a new culture, and the ache of homesickness. They craved a community that felt like home, a place for shared laughter, mutual support, and genuine connection. When they couldn't find it, they decided to build it. Foraone is the result of that vision—a thriving, inclusive community dedicated to empowering young people who are far from home.
